How to get to the Agrikia Appartments on Paros
From all cities Europe there are direct flights to Athens, which you can reach with the main carriers or with some low cost airlines.
Once you get to Athens, you can either decide to spend some time in this wonderful ancient city that offers more history than almost any city in the world, or you can decide to go directly to Paros.
If you decide to fly on Mykonos and take one ferry from Mykonos to Paros (40 minutes), pay attention to the correspondances between your flight and the boat. You can inform you about boat’s schedules on the web site: www.openseas.gr et Aegean Airlines
Paros can be reached by plane or by ferryboat:
To go to the port of Pireas from Athens Airport there are two options (both take about 1 hour):
- Bus: outside the airport E 96
- Metro: Station is connected to Athens Airport, transfer at “Monastiraki” station and take line 1 to Pireas. Get off at the last stop.
There are several departures a day (and some at night)by ferryboat from the port of Pireas and from the port of Rafina. Tickets can be purchased directly at the port.
For connections to and between Cycladic islands visit www.openseas.gr.
With the ferryboat (the most economic option, around 30 euros round-trip) you will reach the island in 5 hours.
The “speed boat” takes you to the island in half the time, but is more expensive (around 50 euros) and it takes 3 hours.
How to get to the b&b Agrikia from Aliki:
From Parikia, the port of Paros
Some buses connect the port of Parikia and Aliki village. You can inform us at the port.
You can also take a cab and ask the “Agrikia Apartements in Aliki“.
If you prefer rented a car or a scooter, agencies can deliver car or scooter at the port or at the airport.
Follow the main street direction Aliki (see map). After approximately 10 km, don’t take the exit to the airport and Aliki, but keep going straight on the main street for another few hundred meters and take the second exit direction Aliki (on the right hand side). Continue in direction of the sea for 600 meters and the first house on the right hand side is Agrikia. Welcome!
From the airport of Paros
Head towards the sea in direction of Aliki. Go through the village of Aliki until the road splits (a sign will indicate the direction for Agrikia). Make sure you don’t go towards the sea (on the right) but on the left hand side towards the mountain and keep going for another 200 m.
On your left hand side you will see the gate of Agrikia. You made it!
If you wish, we can come and pick you up both at the airport.
