PRICES AND SEASONS


Breakfast is offered all the days except on monday (day off) and served in the garden.
On monday, it's easy to take breakfast at restaurants at the port, a few minutes walk from our house (200 meters).

Offers and promotions

A discount will be given for stays longer than or equal to two weeks hire.
Reservations and payments, contacts (wire transfer of a deposit through internet)
Timetable and prices in EUROS per night. Breakfast included in the price.

A deposit of 25% of the total amount of your reservation will be asked to confirm your reservation.
Terms of cancellation:
If you cancel your booking more than 21 days prior your scheduled check in, we will refund the deposit paid.
If you cancel your booking 21 days or less than 21 days before your scheduled check in, we keep the deposit paid.
If you want to change your booking, thank you to advise us at less 21 days before your scheduled check in. If you inform us 21 days or less than 21 days before your scheduled check in or during your stay, the total amount of the booking is due.
